Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the refund terms and procedures for subscription purchases made through the Zelest mobile application.
1. General Information
Zelest subscriptions are offered via in-app purchase through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Since payments are processed directly by the respective platform (Apple or Google), refund processes are also subject to the relevant platform’s policies.
2. Free Trial Period
- Zelest may offer a free trial period for certain subscription plans.
- No charges are made during the trial period.
- If you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the trial period ends, you will not be charged.
- Subscriptions not cancelled during the trial period will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
- The free trial period is valid only once per user.
3. Subscription Cancellation
3.1 iOS (Apple App Store)
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap on your name at the top
- Go to Subscriptions
- Select the Zelest subscription
- Tap Cancel Subscription
3.2 Android (Google Play Store)
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap the profile icon in the top right
- Navigate to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Select the Zelest subscription
- Tap Cancel subscription
Note: When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
4. Refund Procedure
4.1 Apple App Store Refund
To request a refund for subscriptions purchased through Apple:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the Zelest transaction you want to request a refund for
- Click Report a Problem
- Select your refund reason and submit your request
Apple evaluates refund requests according to their own policies. If the refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
4.2 Google Play Store Refund
For subscriptions purchased through Google Play:
- Go to play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory
- Find the Zelest transaction you want to request a refund for
- Click Report a problem or Request a refund
- Fill out and submit the form
Google Play refund window: Refund requests made within 48 hours of purchase are generally approved automatically. Requests made after 48 hours are reviewed by Google.
5. Refund Conditions
5.1 Eligible for Refund
- Inability to access the service due to technical issues
- Accidental purchase of a subscription
- Free trial period unexpectedly converting to a paid subscription
- Features promised by the App not being delivered
5.2 Not Eligible for Refund
- Active use of the service throughout the subscription period
- Dissatisfaction unrelated to user error (e.g., not getting expected results from astrological interpretations)
- Account suspension due to violation of terms of use
- Transactions long after the purchase date (subject to platform policies)
6. Refund Timeframes

Refund amounts are returned to your original payment method by the platform. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

8. Consumer Rights
This refund policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Your legal rights are reserved in all cases.
